Seattle Wedding-Diana and Andy

For most people, it’s love at first sight. But the love story of Andy and Diana started out as “love at first click”. That’s right, in April 2009, it began with a simple email from Andy to Diana on the ever popular dating site Match.com. Andy initiated the first email, asking Diana about her loyalty to Washington State University and being a Coug. Little did she know, Andy was a fellow Coug, attending the university at the same time as her during her sophomore and junior year, but their paths never crossed until Match.com brought them together nearly 4 years after graduation. After a few more emails were exchanged, they agreed to meet for their first date that next week, and the rest is history! After dating a little more than a year and continuing to fall more in love everyday, Andy proposed in 2010. They have become each other’s best friend, one true love and lifelong companion and they can’t imagine their lives without each other. Diana is not the only one Andy fell in love with in this process, her dog Baxter is now Andy’s best friend and buddy for life! Andy and Diana married on August 20, 2011.

Spokane Wedding-Karissa and Colin

They are just young and beautiful!

Love story from the bride:

Colin and I were set up as prom dates four years ago. Ever since then we have been inseparable. We have traveled hundreds and hundreds of miles just to see each other, and help our love grow. We are each-others best friends, constant companion, and love of our lives. We hope and pray that our relationship thus far has been a testament of our faith and an account of God’s awesome power and generosity.

Spokane Engagement Session-Natalie and Brandon

This is just one of a random beautiful morning that I got way more than I expected.  Natalie and Brando are just fun!  They laughed the whole session and I just so in love with them. They are no only beautiful, but the emotion and the way their appreciated each other just heartwarming. I can’t wait for their wedding!

The Love Story:

Our Story: We knew working out was good fur us, but we didn’t know it was this good!

The story of how our relationship worked out started with working out. Yes, I mean literally working out. Winter quarter at Eastern Washington University we both happened to be on the same workout schedule at the school gym. Monday through Friday seeing each other at the gym at 6 am every morning, we shared glances but never said anything to each other, until one fateful day we found ourselves in an awkward situation. That fateful day was an unlikely day, because we both decided to workout on a Saturday morning right when they opened, which neither of us usually did. We also had happened to show up 10 minutes before the doors to the gym opened, and were the only ones waiting. To break the awkward silence I, Natalie, started a conversation with Brandon, and from that moment we became good friends. From our conversation we discovered that our apartments where we stayed were right across from each other, so we started car pooling to the gym, which allowed us to get to know each other even more.

As time went on, I, Brandon, began to grow fond of Natalie. So I got the courage up to ask her on a date. She felt bad having to tell me she was already with someone. That saddened my heart, but I didn’t want to give up our friendship. I, Natalie had also felt that there was something special between us, some kind of connection, but brushed it off as being a crush and once I knew that Brandon had feelings for me we distanced ourselves but continued to be friends; talking once in a blue moon. Two years later we both found ourselves single and started hanging out again, and more frequently. Those same feelings came back again, and we realized that those feelings never had left. We started dating and shortly after became boyfriend and girlfriend. Both of us being such open people, we quickly discovered everything about each other in such a short time that it felt like we had been together for years. Knowing that we had exactly what we were looking  for in front of us this whole time we decided to tie the knot!

Spokane Wedding-Sarah and Rich

Again,  every time I see Sarah and Rich, I feel this sweet feelings fill in my heart. They are adore each other. It was a fun day with wonderful families and friends. And the summer could not be more kind with prefect temperature! Love everything about it!

The love story:

Love happens when you least expect it. On Memorial Day Weekend, 2007, Sarah and Rich both found love. Well, first she met his friends. And, after his friends invited her to their cabin for the weekend, she met Rich and was impressed with his sense of humor, kind heart, and dancing skills.  Rich was immediately drawn to her freckles, smile, and contagious laugh. Together, they made it through two years  (and 2,000 miles) of long distance dating and the following year, he proposed. They married September 4 of 2011.

This is my fourth Photographer’s wedding this year!! I am so in love with Rachel and Sam. They are the most laid back, relax, sweet people. Beautiful day, wonderful location with stunning couple, I could not ask for more!
The Love Story:
The advice is always given don’t look for love, it comes when you least expect it. Well that’s the story of Sam and Rachel. In June of 2006, Sam was with his family playing a round of golf. He headed inside to refill some drinks and came out with a phone number.
From that moment on the two couldn’t separate. Even when Rachel moved two hours away to finish college their love kept prevailing. Two years of long distance Rachel finally graduated. In need to fulfill a lifelong dream Sam and Rachel packed up and moved to Nashville so Sam could pursue music.
Two and half years later, while visiting home, Sam popped the big question in front of family and friends, at the very place they met. Nine months later Rachel took Sam’s last name as they married on a beautiful evening in September.
This couple just proves there is nothing in the world that can keep two hearts from each other…it’s just true love! Whether Sam becomes a country singer or not his most important dream came true!
